1. Who this policy covers

This policy explains how AlienDevGame ("we", "us") handles your information in the Android application Online Checkers 10x10 (package name com.alien.makhos) and on the website play.game24new.com, which the app loads its game content from. Together we call these "the Game".

By creating a player account you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

2. Summary

Do we sell your data?	No. We never sell or rent personal data.
Do we ask for your real identity?	No. A display name and a password are enough. An email address is optional.
Do we track your location?	No. We do not request or use GPS or precise location.
Do we read your contacts, photos, files or microphone?	No. The app requests none of these permissions.
Can you delete everything?	Yes. See Section 9.

3. Information we collect

3.1 Account information

• Display name — chosen by you, up to 20 characters. It is shown to other players. It does not have to be your real name.
• Password — stored only as a salted scrypt hash. We never store, log, or have any way to read your actual password.
• Email address — optional. It is used only to send you a password-reset link if you forget your password. You can use the Game fully without giving one.
• Player ID — a nine-digit number we generate so other players can find you. It is not derived from any personal information.
• Avatar — which of the six built-in character pictures you picked.

3.2 Game data

• Your in-game coin balance and star (ranking) count.
• Matches you play: the board position, the moves made, the stake, the result, and who took part.
• Your friend list and pending friend requests.
• Records needed to enforce fair play, such as when you last claimed a rewarded-ad bonus and how many you have claimed today.

3.3 Technical information

• IP address — processed to rate-limit sign-in attempts, block automated abuse, and keep the service available. We do not use it to build a profile of you.
• Session cookie — a cookie named makhos_session that identifies your account to our server. It is HttpOnly, SameSite=Strict and Secure, and lasts up to one year. It contains an account identifier and a signature — nothing else.
• Connection information — while you are playing we keep, in temporary memory, the fact that your device is connected and which room you are in, so we can deliver moves to you.

3.4 Advertising (Android app only)

The Android app can show ads supplied by Google AdMob, including optional rewarded ads that give in-game coins. When an ad is shown, Google may collect and use your device's advertising identifier and information about how you interacted with the ad, in line with its own policies. We do not receive your advertising identifier and we do not link ad data to your player account. The website version of the Game shows no ads at all.

4. Why we use this information

• To create your account and let you sign back in on another device.
• To match you with an opponent and run the match.
• To keep your coins, stars and friend list correct between sessions.
• To send a password-reset link, if you gave us an email address and asked for one.
• To protect the Game from cheating, automated accounts and abuse.
• To show ads in the Android app, which is how the Game is paid for.

5. Who we share information with

We do not sell your data. We share only what the following services need in order to work:

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or where it is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of our players.

6. Cookies and on-device storage

The Game uses one cookie, makhos_session, described in section 3.3. It is required to stay signed in; there is no way to use an account without it. We use no advertising or analytics cookies on the website.

The Game also saves a few settings in your browser's or app's local storage, which never leave your device and are never sent to us: your chosen language, your avatar, your display name for the sign-in form, and whether sound and vibration are switched on.

7. How long we keep it

• Account data — kept until you delete your account.
• Finished matches — automatically deleted after 30 days.
• Unstarted rooms — automatically deleted after 1 day.
• Password-reset links — expire shortly after being issued and are stored only as a hash.
• Rate-limiting records — held in memory for minutes and never written to disk.

8. How we protect it

• All traffic between your device and our server is encrypted with HTTPS.
• Passwords are stored only as salted scrypt hashes, never in a readable form.
• Session cookies are HttpOnly, so page scripts cannot read them.
• The database and cache are reachable only from the server itself, never from the internet.

No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we do not store payment details, government identifiers, or any other sensitive category of personal data.

9. Your choices and how to delete your account

You may ask us at any time to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or erase it.

Deleting your account is permanent. In-game coins and stars have no monetary value and cannot be transferred, refunded or exchanged for money.

On Android you can also reset or delete your advertising identifier at any time in Settings → Google → Ads.

10. Children

The Game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Where data is processed

The Game's server, database and cache run on a virtual private server rented from Contabo GmbH. Some of the services listed in section 5 operate internationally, so your information may be processed in countries other than your own.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and change the "last updated" date above. Significant changes will also be announced inside the Game.
